Michelle Obama has been busy getting her organic garden ready for the spring and summer, pushing her “Let’s Move” exercise campaign, and seating herself next to George Clooney at last night’s state dinner for British Prime Minister David Cameron.

Meanwhile, her husband has been closet eating. Forced to eat sprouts and twigs when she’s around, Barack goes wild when he’s on the road campaigning (which is now all the time.) While traveling through Clinton, Maryland (ah, the irony), Obama had his motorcade pull over at the Texas Ribs and Barbeque restaurant. According to CBS News’s Mark Knoller, he ordered two slabs of baby back ribs and a brisket sandwich with an order of fries. He paid in cash and bolted.

The guy has got to be starving. The other possibility is that the entire “Let’s Move”/organic garden stuff is a huge charade and that Obama bought lunch for himself AND Michelle. My guess is she was getting the fries.

Before he fled to his limo to wolf down the brisket, Obama asked the cashier for hot sauce, saying that the “hot sauce got to be hot.”

Obama knows that if you’re going to do it, go all the way…in hot sauce, and in turning America upside down.
