The SEC recently nailed an abysmal little company called Pegasus Wireless. The charges are so serious that they make one wonder (perhaps prematurely), why isn’t this case being criminally prosecuted?
But that’s not the most interesting aspect of this story. It seems that a reporter for Forbes.com was instrumental in puffing up the management of this company, and attempting to discredit negative–and accurate–coverage by others.
