The lawyer for an 11-year-old boy who shot his father’s pregnant girlfriend in the back of the head wants the case moved to juvenile court, which may allow the boy to be freed.  In a related story, Drew Peterson would like to adopt him.

An activist for ACORN was arrested in Baltimore for breaking into a house that was about to be foreclosed upon.  He was apparently trying to register the mice to vote.

Many U.S. Muslims thought reports of a woman beheaded in New York were a hoax.  Now if the reports had said he stoned her to death…
