Here we are January 27, 2009 a full week after the most important event in all time.

One week after the smartest man in the history of the world was gracious enough to accept the universal request that he save us all and I hate to say it but my legs are still not quivering. I still have not experienced any tingle running up and down my spine. No, all I have seen of the anointed one is more of the same.

An uber leftist looking to undo what has made America great. A devoted preacher of a radical socialist agenda who has begun to rope in RINOs and attack true conservatives. The chosen one’s administration has a Treasury Secretary who could not take care of his own taxes and his choice for Commerce Secretary was, well, let’s just say that gentleman seems to have some explaining to do.

The Speaker of the House is telling us that birth control is the way to prosperity and Obamatons everywhere are still waiting for magical checks to appear which will pay off their mortgages and help them get the new cars they so richly deserve. The RINO from Arizona who was the worst candidate the GOP ever fielded is lecturing true conservatives on how to save the party that his miserable candidacy decimated and the Dalai Bama tells all of us to ignore the insight being offered by one of America’s best conservative thinkers and commentators.

I will continue to patiently wait secure in the knowledge that the journalists of the world will keep me honestly informed of all I need to know. I will continue to seek solace in the fact that this administration will redefine words that need it so that volunteerism becomes mandatory.

I was told that this President’s words were sure to be chiseled in marble one day. Well they never did say just how big a piece of marble would be needed. I will continue to wait by the mailbox for my leg quiver to arrive. I’ll let you know when it gets here!
