This is among the most unhinged and disgusting remarks I recall hearing from an elected official, and that is saying a lot. This individual–I won’t use the term “man”–should apologize and resign before the sun sets. Oh–and assuming he doesn’t quit, I declare here and now that I will send a check to the first person who runs against him, Republican or Democrat, who denounces him for this. Just let me know, okay?
