Here’s a story about Democrats complaining that President Bush is putting them down while speaking overseas. Coming from a party that proudly welcomes leaders who go to other nations and alternately claim to negotiate on behalf of the US (e.g. Pelosi, Jesse Jackson, Jimmy Carter) and talk down America and the President, their complaints are difficult to take seriously. (Maybe if they ever complained when someone goes overseas and talks down the US!)
