Even though Yom Kippur has passed for us members of the Israel Lobby, I awoke this morning with tremendous feelings of guilt. Here I was, comfortable in my own bed, and thinking how MoveOn.org had done more, while intending quite the opposite, to bring peace and freedom to Iraq than has any of us who are actually anti-Fascist. And my feelings were confirmed by reading that MoveOn has voluntarily ponied up the amount of the New York Times subsidy to its recent anti-Iraqi advertisement.
I couldn’t stand by and do nothing. So I sent a generous contribution - generous, that is, for me - to the good folks who have done so much for so many without meaning to.
Please consider joining me. Think of the good work MoveOn.org does:
1) Force Democratic Party presidential contenders to take positions that will make them unelectable in the general election.
2) Induce Democratic Party insiders and activists to support the lease electable contenders for the nomination.
3) Draw attention to the genocidal, anti-US interests that MoveOn and its Democratic Party enablers support.
4) Force an all-or-nothing legislative strategy on the Democratic Party leadership which results in achieving - nothing.
5) Lend support to Iran in its blatant efforts to achieve a nuclear-powered Holocaust Mark II - and thereby draw attention to Iran’s truly evil intentions, despite the best efforts of the bien-pensants to ignore it.
Please - consider joining me in helping MoveOn.org harm their own interests.
